CLA-1 TEST Allergen Panels (Specific IgE)

MRT Laboratories, Inc. in addition to performing RAST, has added the technology of Hitachi CLA-1 Immunosystems to identify allergen specific IgE sensitivities.

CLA-1 Panels include 36 Pre-Selected IgE Specific Allergens.

Overview

The CLA-1 allergen specific IgE assay employs a CLA-1PETTE which contains segments of cellulose thread, each with an allergen chemically bonded to it. CLA-1 utilizes an enzyme-labeled anti-IgE antibody and photoreagents. The light emitted by the chemical reaction of these reagents is measured by a Luminometer and reported in Luminometer Units (LU).

Advantages
