Email Privacy

If you're concerned about junk mail, don't be, you won't receive any as the result of communications with us. MRT Labs does not sell, rent, trade or otherwise make your email address or other private information available to other businesses or organizations.

Patient Records

padlock If you use our Client Services Extranet to receive patient lab results electronically, you can rest assured that all private information will remain confidential in accordance with HIPPA Regulations.

Patient lab results that are made available electronically to our clients are protected by a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption with password protection. The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is a commonly-used protocol for managing the security of a message transmission on the Internet. Servers are certified secure by "Thawte" for SSL certificates on a quarterly basis and verification certificates is available upon request.

We also ensure that paper copies of patient lab results remain confidential according to HIPPA Regulations.
